Cancellation & Refund Policy

1) Current Status

At Wozku Solutions Private Limited (“Wozku,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we currently do not collect payments or process subscriptions directly through our website.

2) Custom Agreements

If you are accessing Wozku through a custom agreement, the price, scope of services, cancellation terms, and refund provisions are expressly defined in that agreement and will govern your use.

3) Future Online Payments

We may introduce automated website-based payment processing in the future. Should that occur, we will notify users in advance and publish an updated policy detailing billing cycles, cancellation windows, and refund eligibility.

4) Cancellation & Refund

All cancellation and refund requests will be handled in accordance with the specific terms agreed between Wozku and the client.

In cases where Wozku accepts a cancellation and refund request, the approved refund will be processed within 15–30 business days from the date of acceptance.
