Why This Pledge Exists
History shows that markets are shaped long before they become obvious.
The founders who receive early visibility, strategic introductions, ecosystem support, and industry backing are often the ones who go on to define entire categories. The founders who don’t, no matter how extraordinary their work, often don’t get a second chance at that window.
The #FoundHerWorld Trillion-Dollar Founder Pledge exists because individual intent alone is not enough. What this moment requires is coordinated execution.
A collective pledge moves us from good intentions to shared accountability through amplified impact, increased follow-through, shared accountability, stronger communities, and systems change.
By signing the Trillion Dollar Founder Pledge, participants publicly commit to helping create stronger infrastructure for women founders in the AI economy. This includes five core commitments:
• Amplified Impact — pooling resources, skills, and networks enables initiatives no individual could achieve alone
• Increased Follow-Through — publicly declaring a commitment creates social accountability and dramatically higher completion rates
• Shared Accountability — clear, common goals and shared metrics keep everyone aligned and motivated
• Stronger Communities — working toward a shared cause builds the deep trust and networks that accelerate growth
• Systems Change — aligning stakeholders to target root causes, not just symptoms
